Mr. Fay has over 15 years of experience with online businesses and web asset management, including e-commerce, digital and rich media, and web site operations. He has developed and supported a broad range of Internet-based solutions to consumer, corporate, educational, entertainment, inspirational, media, music, not-for-profit and professional sports clients. These include General Electric, IBM, Anheuser-Busch, CinemaNow, Warner Music, Amazon, Lakewood Church, National Basketball Association and National Hockey League, among many others. Most recently, Michael Fay was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Disaboom Inc. (NASDAQ: DSBO) where his daily responsibilities involve global operations of the first online social network for people living with or affected by a disability. Prior to Disaboom, Mr. Fay was an executive at Akamai Technologies Inc., where he was responsible for facilitating the integration of Nine Systems, a streaming media software services company where he previously held the position of Vice President of Operations. Mr. Fay holds a BS in management and an MS in international business from New York Maritime Academy.
